HELP instructions:
The following instructions are for subscribing or un-subscribing
manually to the list.
The other instructions are other accepted commands. These commands are sent
to the "COMMAND" address at imailsrv@cbyachad.org.
They all must appear in the *BODY* of the message.
Please do NOT append signatures to emai l that are directed to the COMMANDS
LIST (or to the listservs either). But if you must tag each message with a signature
please keep it brief and to the point.
You can send multiple commands, each in one line.
SUBSCRIBE List_Name Your_First_Name Your_LastName
Subscribes you to the list called List_Name.
EXAMPLE: subscribe pshop Avi Learner
UNSUBSCRIBE List_Name
Unsubscribes you from the list called List_Name.
EXAMPLE: unsubscribe parents
(notice that you do NOT have to add your name or anything
BUT the message DOES have to come from the email account
that you
subscribed from, with the correct "reply to:" email address)
LIST [Listname]
Shows the list served at this site: imailsrv@cbyachad.org.
HELP [Listname]
Sends the latest 'HELP' message file.

How to 'Set your subscription 'OPTIONS' parameters:
Currently available options are:
(default options are indicated)
DIGEST : Sends digests rather than individual messages
EXAMPLE: set mode DIGEST parents
MAIL : Sends you individual messages. .
EXAMPLE: set mode STANDARD parents
